Basic Package - $260 for 2 hours + 30 minutes to set up ($15 discount for members)
Treated as a private rental. 1.5 hours of open gym and 30 minutes in the party room (timing is flexible if you want more time in the party room). With this package, you supply food, drink, dessert, and decorations. We will assist in setting up and cleaning up.
Tumblr Package - $330 for 2 hours + 30 minutes to set up ($20 discount for members)
1.5 hours of open gym and 30 minutes in the party room (timing is flexible if you want more time in the party room). We will supply decorations in your child’s favorite color(s). This package also includes 3 cheese or pepperoni pizzas, and a water and juice box for each guest. We also offer dessert add ons (see below). We will assist in setting up and cleaning up.
All Inclusive Package - $400 for 2 hours + 30 minutes to set up ($25 discount for members)
1.5 hours of open gym and 30 minutes in the party room (timing is flexible if you want more time in the party room). This package includes everything that the Tumblr Package does, as well as your choice of cupcakes, cookies, or brownies. This package also includes a small gift bag to go home with each of the children included in the birthday party.
IMPORTANT - THERE WILL BE A 3% SERVICE CHARGE ADDED FOR ALL CREDIT/DEBIT PAYMENTS - THIS IS NOT CHARGED BY US, IT IS CHARGE BY THE POINT OF SALE SYSTEM.
Birthday Packages
Birthday parties are packaged for 14 children - all food included in the packages is served based on number of children. PLEASE NOTE - We will not allow more than 14 children on the floor at a time.
We only hold birthday parties on Saturdays from 10:30am-12:30pm & 2pm-4pm. We also offer birthday parties from 3pm-5pm on some Sundays. Reach out for availability.
Birthday parties are still considered “mommy & me” during open gym time. Please make sure there is 1 adult available for every 3 children.
EVERY child who attends the party will need to have a waiver signed in advance from their parent/guardian.
We require a $75 deposit at time of booking to secure your date and time. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the rental date.
How it works
With the Tumblr Package and All Inclusive Package we will supply 3 cheese or pepperoni pizzas. You do have the option to add on an additional pizza for an extra charge. These pizzas are supplied by Tobacco Wood Brewing.
For desserts, we work with a local gluten free bakery called Neal’s Bakery LLC. The prices are as follows: Cookie Box (12 chocolate chip cookies) $20; Chocolate Fudgie Brownies (12 Large or 18 mini) $25; Cupcakes (12 vanilla or chocolate) $20.
