“Do I have to sign up online or can I just walk in?” - Feel free to just walk in during our open hours! However, we do encourage everyone to sign up online in advance. We can only allow so many children in the play area at once and if we reach capacity, the children who signed up and prepaid online will get priority. From there, it will be first come first serve.

“I have a child who is not a year old yet but they are very active! Can we come in?” Yes absolutely, please feel free to come in and try us out! We do not charge for children under 12 months old.

“Do you host birthday parties?” - ABSOLUTELY! We offer 3 different birthday party packages. You can find all the information under our “Birthday Party” tab.

“I have questions that I cannot find answers to online, what do I do?” - I am available to answer any questions via phone, text, email, or social media messages. I usually respond within a couple hours, so do not hesitate to reach out! I am happy to help!
