“Do I have to sign up online or can I just walk in?” - Feel free to just walk in during our open hours! However, we do encourage everyone to sign up online in advance. We can only allow so many children in the play area at once and if we reach capacity, the children who signed up and prepaid online will get priority. From there, it will be first come first serve.

“I have children in both age groups, what do I do?” - This happens quite often! I always tell parents that if your oldest plays respectfully and listens very well, they are fine to come to the younger kids group as long as the parent watches them. The safety of the little ones is our number one priority in these situations so if you have any hesitations, we recommend bringing both children to the older kids’ group to be on the safe side.

“Do you host birthday parties?” - ABSOLUTELY! We offer 3 different birthday party packages. You can find all the information under our “Birthday Party” tab.

“I have questions that I cannot find answers to online, what do I do?” - I am available to answer any questions via phone, text, email, or social media messages. I usually respond within a couple hours, so do not hesitate to reach out! I am happy to help!
